Welcome to our enchanting Holiday Gîte! Nestled in the countryside but only 5km from Sarlat, our home offers a unique experience. The upper level, easily accessible from the driveway and parking area, is dedicated to your private gîte retreat. Below, you’ll find a separate apartment with its own driveway and entrance, where the owners reside. The private gîte boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, a full bathroom, a shower room featuring double sinks, and a convenient separate water closet. Relax in the cozy family room, complete with a smart TV and a warm fireplace for those cooler evenings. Step out onto your private balcony or whip up culinary delights in the fully stocked kitchen, designed for your cooking pleasure. Outside, enjoy your own secluded space featuring a dining area, a firepit, and a lush grassy area beneath a magnificent tree, complete with a swing for both kids and the young at heart. Ample parking is available on-site at no extra cost, accommodating 2-3 cars directly off the driveway. Free WiFi

We have high speed fiber internet and Wifi is free. Just tap your phone on our Wifi portal upon arrival.

Free Parking

There are parking spots along the driveway by the big tree. Guests can also pull up closer to the house if needed. 

Bedroom Comforts

Luxorious linens, including sheets and towels, hangers, drawers and space for belongings in wardrobes. Bathrooms include soap, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, & conditioner. 

Dishwasher

The kitchen is equipped with a new dishwasher and detergent is provided.

Washer & Dryer

A washer is located in the gîte in one of the ensuite bathrooms. The dryer is located in the barn and is shared with the owners. There is also a drying rack available in one of the wardrobes and there is a clothesline outside just below the barn that you are welcome to use.  

Pool

Pool is being completely renovated to be done by summer of 2025. Lounge chairs, tables and towels provided for your comfort.
